We offer a 7 DAYS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY from the date of product delivery. The below points highlight the return policies for various product categories:
- If your item arrived damaged.
- Your order doesn’t match the item or print different photos provided by you.
- Your Item didn’t arrive or was lost in the mail
- DAMAGED PRODUCTS: If you are not happy with the quality of the material, engraving, or damage during shipping. Please email us with your order No and a photo of the item delivered, and we will issue a replacement product. This applies for 7 days from the date of delivery. If you receive a package that is open/damaged or looks to have been tampered with, kindly do not accept the delivery of the product and contact Our Team immediately.
- CUSTOMIZED/SPECIAL ORDERS: Returns/exchanges are not accepted for products on custom and special orders, i.e. those created especially as per your request or customized to a special size/style.
- PROMOTIONAL OFFERS: Products ordered during special promotional and festive sales may not be refundable, exchangeable, or cancellable. Special rules for the return/exchange of products may be applicable during special sales and promotional offers. Please check out the relevant promotional terms and; conditions at the time of your purchase.
- RETURN ACCEPTANCE: Returns will be accepted only if the products are returned in an undamaged and saleable condition in their original packaging, along with all components of the product and any complimentary gifts that came along. The final acceptance of the return is subject to inspection by the Team.
- REFUND AMOUNT: You are entitled to receive a full refund of the paid price (subject to certain conditions) for returning a product.

Refund Policy
- Refund in cases of Cancellations are mentioned in Cancellation policy, kindly refer the same.
- The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to customer. In such case amount paid by customer is fully refunded to bank account.
- Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing delivery time. If recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case.
- The refunds are only initiated once the customer confirms over mail that where the refund has to be done – bank account.
- Refunds are processed to your payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
- Address Change requests
- Change in the address is permitted free of cost only before 24 hours of delivery.
- Within 24 hours period before delivery , if address is changed we charge Rs 200/-.
- Sometimes the address change request can not be accepted, in that case order will not be refunded or cancelled.
